Completed 2011 in Uchisaiwaicho, Chiyoda City, this 27-story, 147-meter office tower is the headquarters of Iino Kaiun Kaisha, a Japanese shipping and real estate company. It replaced a 1960 predecessor on the same site, exemplifying the wave of corporate headquarters rebuilds that reshaped Tokyo's business districts.
